Founder & CEO
As the Founder and President of Lincoln Digital Group, Justin focuses on ensuring the overall quality of the agency’s results and work, as well as consistently enhancing talent, resources and the experience provided to clients. He is committed to building an unsurpassed full-service agency for prominent businesses, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends -- primarily via travel, cooking and sporting activities -- in his leisure time.
Karina has over 20 years of digital design and creative project management on both client and agency sides. As the Art Director, she is responsible for overseeing all of the creative assets. In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons, triathlons, and board games with her sons.
Web & Project Management
With a background in Digital Marketing, John is responsible for website and agency projects, as well as client requests. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
Video Editing & Voiceovers
With extensive training and experience in audio and video production, as well as editing and mixing, Gianni is responsible for all of the agency's video and broadcast commercial needs. A talented music producer and voiceover resource, Gianni also provides clients with custom music and voiceover options for any length of content. He also assists with a variety of project needs for numerous client Brands, and as the most linguistically-diverse member of our team, Gianni speaks fluent English, Spanish, Italian, French and Mandarin Chinese.
Copywriter Nick Hilden is dedicated to finding the perfect word for every sale. Over the course of his career, he's written for some of the most high-profile brands in the world, but he also loves helping exciting new brands grow. When he's not crafting copy, he's usually traveling, playing music, or tinkering with his novel.
With a Master’s Degree from Savannah College of Art and Design, Cara Mimun generates creative designs for a wide range of clients. She pursues her passions in art, design, architecture, painting, photography and jewelry making, but her favorite days revolve around her family, friends, and sunshine. She can often be found at the beach doing water activities, boxing, or rollerblading around town with her dog.
Junior Designer Maryam Bhakrani focuses on creating the perfect design for each brand she works on using a unique and well defined approach. She has worked on a broad range of projects from logos to ad layouts for both print and web. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, doing DIY projects and spending time with family.
As a copywriter, Luis is responsible for writing all the communication of the agency in Spanish. During his free time, Luis likes to share with his family, jog and read novels by Latin American authors.
Paula is our bilingual creative associate - she specializes in creating design materials, as well as editing content for Latin American audiences. In her free time, Paula likes to spend time with family, draw human anatomy, and volunteer in church.
Megan has extensive experience in digital media marketing leading account teams across a diverse portfolio of DTC and B2B brands. She possesses a blended background in developing effective full funnel digital programs, customer data and retention strategies, creative concepts and partnership development to exceed client's overall business goals. Her responsibilities include digital planning, campaign setup and optimizations as well as measurement and reporting. On her off time, Megan enjoys rooftop gardening, cooking, paddle board yoga and traveling. Fun fact: she used to be a race car driver.

Having managed and optimized campaigns in every inhabited continent in the world, Kevin is a SEM expert with deep knowledge and hands-on experience, as well as a uniquely sophisticated and advanced perspective. He has launched and optimized nearly every paid search campaign currently active at LDG with great success, and prior to joining our team, he led and managed AdWords campaigns in-house at Google for their own suite of Cloud products.
With experience in web optimization and digital marketing, Wil diligently works to ensure that clients' websites not just work seamlessly, but also hit all the signals to ensure that they have high visibility and rank well on search.
