WEB ENHANCEMENTS

Website enhancements for The Morrison Clinic addressed all aspects of creating a more confident and convenient digital experience for their patients, and prospective patients.

First, all existing important content was re-focused for greater patient connection. Then, educational information took center stage. Comprehensive resources on dozens of unique treatments and conditions – spanning brain tumors to spine fusions – were added as new pages to establish the neurosurgeon’s expertise and also to enhance patient confidence in working with The Morrison Clinic.

Lastly, the patient’s ability to request care from The Morrison Clinic was made as easy as possible. All-new forms for requesting e-consultations were added first. Then, a customized process for patients’ to securely upload their imagery, such as MRIs and CT scans was added first. In total, these enhancements and additions led to nearly 200 new inquiries per month being generated from the website.

RESULTS & OUTCOMES

Ultimately, our neurosurgeon digital marketing created a lift of more than 3X in unique calls and leads to the practice. This is compared to the time period without focused digital marketing.

Importantly, this increase in unique prospects was also significantly more lucrative on a per-patient basis. This is because campaigns intentionally created new opportunities for elective procedures and other treatments that led to higher relative payouts from insurance carriers.

More than five new conditions and treatment combinations began contributing leads on a regular (eg. daily/weekly) basis.

Year to date, the practice is enjoying a monthly unique user increase of more than 60% on average, compared to the prior time period without digital marketing. This has partially been driven by a 55% increase in Organic Search (SEO) traffic vs. the same time period.
