THE ASSIGNMENT

Turn four decades of local impact into a clear, human story—and a digital experience built to inspire action.

Habitat serves housing applicants, volunteers, corporate sponsors, donors and ReStore shoppers. Lincoln consolidated that complexity into a cohesive narrative while simplifying high-value journeys such as donating and volunteering.

Our work paired 40th anniversary branding with multichannel campaign creative, website optimization and a donor-acquisition strategy informed by Lincoln’s Customer Lifecycle Engagement model.

THE LINCOLN LENS

Legacy → momentum.

People—not institutional language—became the heart of the story. Milestones, completed builds and volunteer activity gave forty years of work an immediate emotional scale.

Audience → lifecycle.

Commercial customer-growth thinking became a donor engagement loop, connecting awareness, participation, contribution and long-term advocacy.

Regional → relevant.

Localized visibility for Jupiter, Riviera Beach, Delray Beach and Greenacres helped connect search intent with the right ReStore, volunteer opportunity or donation path.
