A major milestone in our business, Lincoln Digital is proud to announce the appointment of three Directors whose leadership, expertise, and commitment to client success have strengthened our creativity, elevated our relationships, and consistently improved the effectiveness of results for clients.
Cara Mimun, previously Account & Business Development Lead, will now serve as Account Director. The longest-serving LDG’er who has performed virtually every job in the agency, Cara will continue her account leadership responsbilities for all existing clients, while also helping to cultivate new local client support personnel. She will retain new business capacity.
Carlos Collazo, previously Associate Creative Director, Multicultural & Strategic Accounts, will now serve as Creative Director, Multicultural & Strategic Accounts. An emmy-award winning producer and seasoned marketing and advertising professional with more than two decades’ experience in industry leadership roles, Carlos’ work directly impacts our nationwide, multicultural and non-profit clients, as well as all video production needs.
Ryan McGrath, previously Associate Creative Director, Branding & Special Projects, will now serve as Creative Director, Branding & Special Projects. An immensely-talented creative with decades of experience in brand development and apparel design, Ryan’s work directly impacts all branding, merchandise and web design responsibilites for our clients, as well as the Lincoln Digital brand.

CEO Justin Cerone, who has concurrently held the position of Creative Director since agency inception, is relinquishing the role at the end of 2025.
